Every order from jonasrock comes with a promise: if it isn't right, making it right is simple, fast, and free. Here's exactly how that promise works.
Free Returns, 30 Days, Every Order
From the day your parcel arrives, you have 30 calendar days to decide. Inside that window, returns cost you nothing — no restocking fee, no return postage. JONAS STONE AND MARBLE, LLC covers every penny.
Items Eligible for Return
An item can come back free of charge when all three hold:
- It's unused, unworn, and unwashed;
- Original packaging, tags, and accessories are intact;
- You can provide your order number or another proof of purchase.
Items Excluded From Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, these categories are final sale:
- Gift cards;
- Products marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance" at checkout;
- Custom or personalized orders;
- Items damaged after delivery through misuse.
Starting the Return
- One email opens it. Write to with your order number and the reason.
- We confirm quickly. Within 24-48 hours, you'll have eligibility confirmation plus prepaid return instructions and a label.
- Send it off. Pack the item securely and hand it to the carrier.
- Your refund starts. Processing begins the moment the carrier scans your parcel — no waiting for warehouse arrival.
The Unwritten Rule: Talk First
Please wait for our reply before shipping anything. Returns sent without arrangement can't be matched to your order and may go unrefunded.
How Refunds Work
Speed Approved refunds return to your original payment method, typically landing within 3-7 business days. A few banks take a day or two more.
No Taxes, No Duties, Ever Sales tax, VAT, and customs duties never reach jonasrock customers — on orders, returns, or refunds. Those costs stay with us.
Refund Stuck in Transit? Past 7 business days without a credit:
- Re-read your bank or card statement;
- Ask your bank whether the credit is pending;
- Still nothing? Email and we'll track it down.
More Than One Way to Fix It
Swap Instead For a different size or color, order fresh and return the original — quickest — or request a direct exchange, arranged free once your return is approved.
Damaged or Incorrect? Photo plus order number within 7 days of delivery, and the choice is yours: free replacement or full refund. Usually the original never needs to travel.
Cancel Early Any cancellation before the carrier takes the parcel earns a full refund. Once shipped, the 30-day return above covers you.
